2. Products
We sell:
- Original artwork (one-of-a-kind pieces)
- Printed books
All artwork images are for illustration purposes only. Colours and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of the work.
3. Ordering
When you place an order:
- You will receive an order confirmation email
- This does not mean your order is accepted
- Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. pricing errors or availability issues).
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£)
- Prices do not include VAT
- Payment must be made in full before dispatch
We accept payment via secure online payment providers (e.g. debit/credit card, digital wallets).
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers
5.2 Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
5.3 Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment is received and the item is delivered.
6. Original Artwork – Important Information
- Original artworks are unique and cannot be replicated
- Minor imperfections may exist as part of the artistic process
- Once sold, the artwork is no longer available
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing.
7.2 Returns Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty
7.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Original delivery costs will be refunded (standard delivery only)
8. Exceptions to Returns
You may not be entitled to a refund if:
- The item has been damaged after delivery
- The item has been used or altered
For original artwork, we strongly recommend careful inspection before hanging or displaying.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:
- A refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photographic evidence
